Hiring a caterer should mean a great deal of worry taken off your shoulders. It is our We offer several forms of service, and we're willing to customize our services to fit your particular needs. |
CATERING SERVICES The type of service you want depends on your personal preference, your budget, your time restraints, the size of your party and the event space. We will speak with you at length about the form of service you may apply, based on the kitchen accommodations at your event location. Services we offer include: Drop off delivery We deliver our food on our serving dishes to your event site. We can return to pick them up, or you can bring them to us. Drop off and set up We deliver and set up our food to your event site. We return to pick up, or you bring them to us. Full service buffet We set up and stay to serve and refill food and beverages, bus tables, clean up. Family Style Seated Meal Food brought on serving dishes, in courses, to each guest table to be passed. Plated Seated Meal Sit down meals, plated individually and served in courses. 50 guests maximum. Passed Appetizers Servers pass trays of bite size appetizers or desserts to guests, standing or seated. Great for large gatherings; no plates or utensils needed. |
| BEVERAGE SERVICE Our basic beverage service includes set up of self-serve cold and hot drinks. We will maintain and clean beverage tables throughout the party. If you would like someone to serve beverages, we would be glad to provide a server at $15 per hour. Please see the 'Beverages' page for a description of our beverage choices. |

| SERVICES WE DO NOT OFFER: We are not currently licensed or insured to sell or serve alcoholic beverages. We prefer to work with a 'BYOB' policy. We do not provide table, chair or linen rentals We will clean up and bag rental linens. We do not wash rental items. We do not pick up or return your rental items. Although we clean up our workspaces thoroughly, we do not mop floors. Of course, we will clean up spills we have made, but we do not do all over sweeping and mopping at the end of the event. This includes the kitchen, buffet area and eating areas. We do not break down tables or stack chairs after the event. We do not service or clean up bathrooms. |
