BASIC BEVERAGE SERVICE

Our beverage service includes set up
and maintenance during the event. Set
up includes:

Ice water with lemon.
One of the following cold drinks served
in lemonade pitchers:
Sparkling lemonade
or
Lightly sweetened iced tea


Premium regular and decaf coffee,
turbinado sugar, stevia, half and half,
coffee spoons all presented in beautiful
containers.

For cocktail parties, or appetizer
receptions, drinks are self serve.
We provide simple 8 oz. glassware and
ceramic mugs.
We will bring all needed ice, unless
there is an ice machine available
for our use.

WE NOW OFFER BASIC BARTENDING

we are not currently licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, but we
do offer a basic bartending service. Here are the reasons why we
are not currently selling alcohol:  
  • We keep our overhead down because we do not need a
    liquor license.
  • You save  a lot of money because you buy your alcohol at
    cost. Most restaurants mark up alcohol by 300%!
You have two options for serving alcohol to your guests, which
depends on your event space.

If you would like to serve beer and wine at your event,
our service includes:
  • Bar set up with wine glasses and beer glasses alongside our
    non alcoholic beverages.
  • OLCC certified bartenders and servers. Depending on the
    level of service you want, wine and beer can be passed to
    guests at tables during dinner.
  • Recylcing of bottles and clean up of bar area.
  • Required insurance.


It would be your responsibility to purchase and deliver wine and
beer to your event space. If it needs to be chilled, you would need
to have it in coolers, on ice. You can not use the event space
refrigerator, since it will be used for food. We are not responsible
for you running out of drinks. We would be glad to recommend
wine and beer varieties to compliment your menu.

Our servers follow OLCC laws. We reserve the right to cut off intoxicated guests.
We absolutely refuse to serve anyone under 21.
Guests who appear to be under 30 will need to show ID.
Abusive or disruptive behavior towards our servers will result in the bar being shut down.
It is also important that you communicate with your guests about safe transportation
home. We would be glad to help you call a cab for any of your guests.
